Ralph's Story – Search and rescue expertise moves inland

Ralph, age 69, from Atlantic Canada, came to the volunteer program at Canadian Blood Services with experience in search and rescue.  He has carried over these life skills to provide excellent customer care and satisfaction to blood donors. Ralph drives the Lifebus to pick up corporate and group donors who prefer to donate with a team of co-workers and friends. His customer service experience brings these group donors back time and time again!
